At Rare Touch, we strive to offer the best products and services to our customers. Due
to the nature of our business and the unique offerings we provide, we have implemented
the following return and refund policy:
All sales are final: Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or refunded
under any circumstances. We have carefully curated our products and stand by their
quality. This includes unavailability of long-sleeve kits. Please read our Terms and
Conditions before purchasing.
No exceptions: We do not make any exceptions for returns or refunds, regardless of
the reason. This includes, but is not limited to, product defects, size discrepancies, or
customer dissatisfaction.
Damage during shipping: While we take the utmost care in packaging and shipping
your orders, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.
Incomplete or incorrect orders: If your order is missing items or contains incorrect
products, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the
package. We will review your claim; however, please note that any resolution is at
our sole discretion.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any products. Please ensure that you
carefully review the product details, including sizing and specifications, before
making a purchase. We only accept exchanges if the mistake was made on our end.
